having its registered office at Survey No:
225-2A, Narsipatnam,
Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 531114. In this letter, Dilshaj Infotech Private Limited is referred
to as the “Company.” This offer is for the position stated below and is subject to the terms and conditions
of this letter and the applicable Company policies.

2. Duties and Responsibilities
You will perform the duties normally
associated with the
position of Business Analyst and other reasonable responsibilities assigned by your reporting manager. Your
responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing workflows and processes,
creating detailed functional specifications, bridging communication between stakeholders and technical
teams, and facilitating project delivery. You are expected to perform your duties with professionalism,
initiative and appropriate standards of quality and productivity.
3. Compensation and Benefits
Your total annual Cost to Company will be ₹ 2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakh
only). The detailed salary structure,
employee deductions and employer contributions are set out in Annexure A which is attached to and forms an
integral part of this Offer Letter.
4. Salary Payment
Salary for each month will be credited to your bank account on or before the 7th day of the subsequent
calendar month. An itemized salary slip detailing gross earnings and deductions will be issued monthly.
5. Probation and Confirmation
You will be on probation for a period of 3 months
from your Date of Joining. Upon satisfactory completion of your probation, your employment will be confirmed
in writing.
6. Working Hours and Leave
a) Working Hours: Your normal working hours will be from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to
Friday. You may occasionally be required to work beyond normal hours, on a weekly off, holiday or in
shifts based on business requirements. Overtime or compensatory off, where applicable, will be governed by
applicable law and Company policy.
b) Flexible Work: Work from home or flexible working hours may be permitted based on the
nature of your role, business requirements and management approval.
c) Leave Entitlement: You will be entitled to 12 days of
Casual Leave + 12 days Sick Leave per calendar year, accruing at 1 day per completed
month, together with Earned Leave, official holidays and any other leave required under applicable law and
Company policy.
Leave requests are subject to prior manager approval.
7. Performance Review and Increment
Performance and compensation will be reviewed periodically in accordance with Company policy. Any increment,
bonus or incentive will depend on performance and business requirements.
8. Code of Conduct
You are expected to maintain professional conduct and comply with the Company's code of conduct,
information security, data protection and other applicable workplace policies. You shall
not enter into contracts, commitments or representations on behalf of the Company unless expressly
authorised to do so.
9. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Confidential information relating to the Company, its customers, employees, business, technology and
operations must be protected during and after employment and must not be disclosed or misused except where
authorised or required by law. Subject to applicable law, work, software, code, documentation, designs,
inventions or other intellectual property created by you in the course of your assigned employment duties
will belong to the Company.
10. Background Verification
Your appointment is subject to satisfactory verification of the information and documents provided by you,
including your identity, qualifications, employment history and references.
11. Employee Declarations
You confirm that the information provided during recruitment is true and complete and that no obligation to
a previous employer prevents you from accepting this employment. Any material misrepresentation or
concealment may result in appropriate action in accordance with Company policy and applicable law.
12. Transfer and Assignment
Based on business requirements, you may be transferred or assigned to another project, office,
group entity or customer location in India or abroad, subject to applicable law and Company policy. During
such assignment, you will continue to remain an employee of Dilshaj
Infotech Private Limited and will be required to comply
with applicable workplace, security and confidentiality requirements.
13. Notice Period and Separation
a) Notice Period: During probation, either party may terminate employment by giving 15 days written notice. After confirmation,
either party may terminate
employment by giving 30 days written
notice.
b) Salary in Lieu of Notice: If the Company terminates employment without requiring the
notice period to be served, the Company shall pay salary in lieu of notice for the unserved period. If an
employee resigns without serving the required notice period, the Company may recover salary in
lieu of notice for the unserved period, subject to applicable law, unless waived in writing by the Company.
c) Notice Pay Calculation: Salary in lieu of notice shall be calculated strictly on your
monthly Gross Salary (excluding employer statutory contributions, benefits, reimbursements, and variable
pay).
d) Separation & F&F Settlement: Upon separation, earned wages for work performed up
to the last working day shall be paid within 2 working days of separation, as prescribed under statutory
wage regulations. All remaining Full-and-Final (F&F) settlement components (including leave encashment
and statutory adjustments) and exit documentation shall be processed within 30 days of the last working day,
subject to completion of applicable exit clearance formalities.
